The debut of ENGO 1, while innovative, faced hurdles with its messaging strategy and in aligning its appeal across different regions. Leveraging Neural™ post-launch provided crucial insights into customer preferences, influencing the strategy for ENGO 2. Live dashboard analytics from Neural™ highlighted a preference for messaging focused on training and race outcomes over technical specifications. Additionally, Neural™ uncovered that even highly interested customers took longer to make a purchase decision than expected, a pivotal insight that refined the marketing approach for the successful launch of ENGO 2

Region specific dashboards were established to allow each region manager to analyze performance of their unique segment. We also constructed a dashboard for executive leadership to manage ENGO 2’s global first-to-market launch, delivering only the most critical information. It was clear that a dynamic team like ENGO Eyewear required unique dashboards to view the information relevant to each stakeholder, and reduce the signal to noise ratio.
