We call it different-washing. If you’re on the agency hunt, you've no-doubt seen it. Below is our honest take, but if you just want the punch line, it’s this; don’t listen to things agencies say on their website. Instead, look to understand who they are, and why. Until then, take everything else with a grain of salt.
