As an aside: my best advice (as an agency owner) is to never work with an agency for your day-to-day organic marketing. Campaigns and social media – the new wave of consumer/brand communications – are best managed by an in house team. It’s bad-business to outsource those objectives since speed, control, and quick pivots are the silver bullets of eCommerce. Agencies simply cannot deliver these tasks efficiently and without bloat.
